サマーコースのキャンセルについて、以下の通りキャンセル料を定めさせて頂いております。
Regarding cancellation of summer courses, we have set the cancellation fee as follows.
参加料のキャンセル料
Cancellation fee for participation fee
- 3月1日～4月30日まで 参加料の40％
From March 1 to April 30, 2024 ：40% of the participation fee - 5月1日～出発日 参加料の100％
May 1, 2024 - Departure date:：100% of participation fee
上記キャンセル料に加え、事務手数料
￥500 （税込）
In addition to the above cancellation fee, administrative fee
￥500（tax included）
航空券のキャンセル料
Airline ticket cancellation fee
旅行代理店のキャンセル規定に従います。
Follow the travel agency's cancellation policy.
キャンセルに関するお願い
Request regarding cancellation
すでに、アカデミー、宿泊先、旅行代理店など手続きが進んでおります。自己都合によるキャンセルがないようにお願いいたします。
Procedures are already underway with the academy, accommodation, travel agency, etc. Please do not cancel for personal reasons.
そのほかのキャンセルについて
Regarding other cancellations
政府又は開催国の指導により開催不可能になった場合は参加料の90％の返金をさせて頂きます。その他の理由によるお申込み後の返金は上記キャンセルポリシーに従います。
If the event cannot be held due to government or host country guidance, 90% of the participation fee will be refunded. Refunds after application due to other reasons are subject to the above cancellation policy.
